Perform Fit Studio offers small group fitness classes such as Sport Conditioning Circuit, Thai Kickboxing and Yoga. Classes cater to all ages and levels but mostly beginner to intermediate level. It is a very intimate studio, with no more than 12 people per class so we can provide a more individual coaching and learn to know our clients goals and lifestyle.
Small group circuit classes are a great alternative to expensive personal training sessions, they provide a global workout and contribute to increase all elements of fitness whatever the level you start at: Cardio endurance, strength, stamina, power, agility, and result in physiological improvements: Perform Better to Look Better!
