These stretches work to open and relax the upper and middle back, as well as the neck, chest and shoulders, all of which will help you counteract shoulder slump and help you stand straighter. Susan began teaching yoga in 2002 in Brandon. She received her 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Centre Winnipeg and loved it so much, she completed an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training for an additional 150 hours.
Susan is an RMT and works at Reactive Massage Therapy
Susan is a certified as a Thai Massage Practitioners level 4 from Lotus Palm in Montreal.
Susan is a Desire Map Facilitator coaching people to listen and honour the life-force within to create and live the life they most want.
She teaches at Ginger's Dance Studio, upstairs at Lady of the Lake.
