We offer a wonderful prenatal yoga program that helps you prepare your body, your mind and your partner for birth and alleviates many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Our unique course Pranabirthing teaches systemic relaxation perfect for women who seek an unmedicated birth. Our Yoga for Labor program teaches partners how to give manual assists to ease contractions.
Our postnatal program includes 3 mommy and me classes a week. If you are looking for a community of like-minded moms who offer connection and support you will find it here. We also offer Toddler Yoga twice a month.

Private Yoga and Meditation Private Lessons are also offered for beginners and advanced students of all ages (men and women). We also provide Life Coaching and Spiritual Mentoring services, using meditation as a foundation to inspire change that will increase well-being and happiness. Meditation for Beginners is offered four times a year.
