Active Birth Yoga will increase your confidence in your body's ability to give birth. The classes will encourage your naturally increased flexibility during pregnancy, helping you to stay fit and active throughout your pregnancy, while strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. This is a great opportunity to meet other 'Mums' going through similar experiences, and have a chat over some fruit tea, with organic fruit and biscuits. And there's time for relaxation too.
Within the yoga classes, we talk a lot about birth preparation, and how to encourage your baby into the optimal foetal position, which will help to make your birth quicker, easier and more effective.
