On line classes conducted via zoom so you can practice in your own home.
Each 90 minute class includes a pranayama (breathing focus), asana (movement) and a mindful guided relaxation or meditation.
Variations and modifications are always suggested so that you can choose how you wish to practice on any day.
Small friendly classes with time to check in at the beginning and end of every class, if you wish.
