Quinta Ecosophia

Based on the Atlantic coast beneath the Sintra mountains, 45 minutes outside Lisbon, I teach 5 classes a week and this year will hold retreats in May and September. I am based near the little town of Colares and teach on an eco quinta in a fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio.
