Yoga classes are run 4 times a week in a hall overlooking the Swan River and the sky line of Perth City in Maylands, Perth, Western Australia.
The style of Yoga is a loose, flowy form of Hatha Yoga where the breath plays an important role.
The classes suit beginners and experienced alike, are very calming, yet physical. No need to book, they are ongoing and people are welcome to join at any time. You're welcome to contact me on 0419090098 or look up if You want to know more.

Tuesdays 9.30 - 11 am
Tuesdays 6 - 7.30 pm
