When the Roots are Strong, the Fruit is Sweet! Root Down Yoga is Cincinnati's yoga studio for the best in vinyasa flow, hot, restorative, yin yoga, and Urban Zen. Our experienced and well-trained teachers will guide you through movement & stillness and breathing & meditation practices, all of which will transform your life both on and off the mat. Starting a yoga practice, developing it, and deepening it will enable you to access a whole new way of living and feeling. Although many people come to yoga to increase flexibility, gain strength, or lose weight, you will start to feel more grounded, calmer, aware, and balanced as your practice develops. Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or are just getting started in a yoga practice, Root Down is your haven -- a space with classes that make you feel like you are stepping into your higher self. We will see you on your mat (which, by the way, are free to borrow if you don't have one)!
