Iyengar Yoga develops strength, resistance, concentration, coordination, flexibility and stability. We refer to “props” as blankets, blocks, belts, ropes, etc. The props are used to align the body and give support where it is necessary. Clases are organized in sequences that promote wellbeing, health and mental stability.
