lovely place to escape

I have been practising yoga for the past year, but the studio discovered in the heart of camden is changing my life experiences.

Great way to start a day

I have been studying Ashtanga with Luiz Vega for a few years here - incredibly effective and dedicated teacher for beginners through experienced - and the early morning atmosphere at Sadhaka and the Camden Stalls is a great way to start a day

A wonderful yoga centre full of heart.

I've been going to Sadhaka yoga centre since it opened after trying most venues in North London. There's a wide range of yogas taught with great expertise and integrity for students at every level. There are wonderful esoteric classes and events and the food is truly delicious and health full. I highly recommend Sadhaka.

Sadhaka is a very welcoming yoga studio, and caterers for all levels of yoga. The teachers and staff are always friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere in the place. It's always clean and tidy, the equipment is well looked after and in good condition, and it's probably the best yoga studio I've been to in London. A great place to go to improve your yoga, and well being.

I see Sadhaka as a beautiful tall ship that can take you as far as you'd like to go on your personal journey. It has a real energy of peaceful strength about it. As a centre, it offers a tree of possibilities, from classes, to events and courses and really branches beyond the norm of some other centres by encompassing all of the aspects of a meaningful practice (both in yoga and life). To me it is a spiritual home that I am eternally grateful to have in my life.

A place to find a deeper yoga practice, explore and replenis

I have been coming to this place for years, even before it became Sadhaka, when it was Alchemy. It was already magical, but it has gone one step further in being a place where yoga can be something way beyond a practice to keep fit and healthy in the body. This place and its people are dedicated to reconnecting with the roots of yoga as an exploration of what it means and feels like to be alive, to face challenges, to have a body, emotions and a mind, and to make them work together.

Yoga as taught here is truly a tool to help us through and with life.
The teachers and all those who work here are helpful, warm, present, yet respectful of the need for space. They take time to get to know you and support you.
There is a beautiful cafe space to chill with food, tea or just sit.
And lots of events to expand the healing and exploration beyond a yoga class.
My haven!
