The atmosphere at Sadhana Yoga is very relaxed and friendly and the classes integrate a practical, physical western approach to yoga, within a calm eastern-influenced setting.
The various yoga classes on offer give practitioners a chance to work towards beneficial results. Regular practice (sadhana) helps to remove physical and mental stiffness, gaining overall flexibility, wellness and depth of insight in mind-body-experience. Combining breath and movement in a non-competitive setting gives the subtle body with the opportunity to release tension and awaken the entire energy system.
All levels and age groups are welcome. Even if you arrive feeling tired and worn out you should feel great after class. The studio is open 5-10 minutes before each class
