At Samana you can practice yoga 7 days a week in a variety of classes, from dynamic flow and classical yoga technique to relaxing, meditative classes in three yoga traditions: Vijnana, Iyengar and Vinyasa.

Bij Samana Yoga Center kun je 7 dagen per week terecht voor een ruim aanbod aan yoga, van dynamische flow tot rustige, meditatieve lessen in drie yogatradities: Vijnana, Iyengar en Vinyasa.

Onze ervaren, gemotiveerde docenten geven je persoonlijke aandacht en begeleiding tijdens de klassen met maximaal 16 leerlingen. Of je nou net begint met yoga of al ruime ervaring hebt. Dat vinden wij belangrijk.
