We offer alignment based core power yoga. Taught by Renee Fussner, and other great teachers. Renee teaches at yoga journal conferences, wanderlust, and other festivals across the US.
Anybody who wants to sweat, laugh, and try new things will enjoy this class. If you would prefer to sit and stretch, this isn't the studio for you.
We also offer amazing getaways in our eco retreat center. Situated in the surfing capital of the Caribbean, our luxury tents are nestled among banana trees, fall to sleep with the song of the coqui and the waves. Wake up to world class surfing with world class instructors!
