I teach Yoga classes in Nelson, New Zealand. For me Yoga is a healing and supportive practice that serves me in my everyday life as a mother. I hope to encourage others into regular, sustainable and effective practices to suit their own individual needs.
The classes are a welcoming and relaxing environment where real learning can take place as well as a pace that allows the student to connect with their breath and practice safely.
I focus on Restorative Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra. The movement classes on Thursdays could be described as 'Slow Flow' incorporating self inquiry, yoga philosophy, somatic movement practices and relaxation.
