We offer an intimate, welcoming space for anyone to practice and enjoy yoga. We aim to be affordable and accommodating. Our class offerings include: Tai Chi, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Gentle Yoga and mat Pilates.
Our instructors are caring and knowledgeable. With weekly themes, classes center around a topic, allowing for both practitioners and teachers to be inspired and engaged.
