Non commercial Yoga School. No drop-ins. Membership based. You can try a class at no cost. To join there is a minimal commitment of attending 2 classes/week and all members are encouraged to come every day.
Students form a community of practitioners. We are taught traditional yogic practices (Asana, Pranayama, healthy diet, relaxation, positive thinking and yoga philosophies) and learn how to apply them to a modern householder lifestyle.
Goal: To bring more joy and happiness into everything we do and to live a healthy lifestyle.
