Seaside Yoga Sanctuary

I love this studio space! They offer a huge variety of classes at 3 local studios! They truly are the heart of Monterey's yoga scene. My favorite thing about this studio is the quality of instruction provided. Every class is a SAFE environment welcoming to every body and ALL levels. The instructors are genuine, present, and offer unique perspectives to creating space in ones practice. Also TONs of diverse workshops from Ayurvedic Cleansing to Bellydancing, Pranayama to Ecstatic Dance!

I recently completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training with Laura & Briksha and it is a perfectly paced, perfectly priced experience that integrated seamlessly with my lifestyle. Highly recommend this place!
