We are a boutique style studio featuring Instructor-led classes in a variety of fitness and yoga styles. Our yoga instructors are trained through YogaFit and teach Vinyasa yoga with a strong influence from the Iyengar style. Additionally, we are trauma trained to help clients dealing with the symptoms of PTSD, chronic pain and recovery from addiction.
Danah holds a board-certification as a Senior Behavioral Analyst and also offers Wellness Life Coaching.
Tom has more than 30 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and offers one-on-one sessions in addition to group training classes.
Jodi has been teaching all ages & abilities everything from dance to fitness to martial arts for over 20 years but has focused on yoga for the past 6 years and is a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT and 500 Hour RYT.
