Iyengar Yoga in Athens
In a peaceful neighborhood in Mets, in the heart of Athens, two of only few accredited Iyengar Yoga certified instructors in Greece, Christos Pavlou & Haris Lyroni opened Shakti Yoga Studio, a plain and pleasantly simple meeting space for friends of yoga (Shakti in Sanskrit means female energy).
Christos Pavlou, has been teaching yoga for the last 20 years. His discerning presence, his energy and, more so, his teaching, character and disposition to communicate his knowledge guarantees the quality of his lessons.
The female energy in the studio comes from Haris Lyroni; a loyal student of Christos, over the last few years she has been an active participant in teaching yoga at the side of her teacher and mentor.
Shakti Yoga Studio is based in 17-19, Lambrou Fotiadou Street, Mets.
