Hatha Yoga Classes for Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced.
Classes consist of Warming up Exercises, Gentle Eye and Neck Stretches, Breathing Exercises, Sun Saluation, Teaching the correct technique of up to 12 Sivananda Hatha Yoga Asanas with Variations, Core Strength and Endurance Exercises, Final Relaxation with Auto-suggestion with a short guided Meditation.
Classes only E10 pay as you go and special offer for block of Classes
Times are 11.30am, 7pm and 8.30pm every Thursday and extra classes to be added for the New Year. Namaste.
