Sadana sessions are conducted by Sivananda qualified Yoga Diploma Holder Titus Wijerane.
You all are invited to join these sessions, including new students and especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat!
Clear instruction is given in breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, warm-up and posture (Yoga Asana) flow.
New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.
