We focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, primarily taught mysore style, as well as Vinyasa, Yin/Yasa, Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation, and Chanting.
We are big on community and for being a place of learning and connecting with others. We offer opportunities for continued education and getting to know the people we share practice with on a regular basis. Check out our website for details!
