The culture of yoga encourages a creative, conscious approach to life which is based on a foundation of physical and mental wellbeing. SHYAM is about authentic, holistic yoga – for the body, mind, emotions, psyche and spirit.
SHYAM's friendly teaching team have expertise in a range of applications of yoga. They are all highly trained, min 1440 hours + many years of experience.
