I teach 2 classes per week at the Southbank gym and both are Hot yoga. On Tuesday’s 7.30pm to 9pm Ashtanga primary/intermediate series which I alternate over the year. 3 months per series.
Yogafusion Friday’s 6.30pm to 7.45pm which is a set of fitness classes based on the dynamic ashtanga yoga series. Each class is a carefully crafted fusion of the most dynamic postures (to promote cardiovascular health and fitness) and restorative postures of different yoga styles (for general wellness/wellbeing). In keeping yoga's authenticity you will be able to enjoy the endless restorative benefits of yoga including, but not limited to: improved circulation and lung capacity, re-alignment and improved posture as well as improved digestion, enhanced calmness and relaxation of both the body and mind.
In addition to offering a cardiovascular workout it promotes body strengthening and sculpting through the flow of body-weight bearing postures.
