Enjoy a creative flowing Yoga Asana practice themed around the powerful link between body, breath and mind. We will be developing the breath as an anchor for the mind, allowing for the creation of calmer states of mind. Finding the balance you need between effort and ease in your practice on your mat.

This is a class that isn't about making super-cool shapes - that might happen along the way its about getting in touch with your body and transforming how you feel! Lel has a deep routed belief and practice in knowing that our body posture, our breath, and movement affects our hormones, our brains, our thoughts and our feelings - therefore, yoga can become a practice to really make us feel alive and bright and full of energy.

This class is not led, but is supervised by an experienced Acroyoga instructor willing to give advice or assistance if necessary but whom is also very happy for you to get on with your own thing providing spotting is present.
Acroyoga - A combination of Acrobatics, thai massage and yoga.
This class concentrates mainly on the explosive, dynamic side of Acroyoga: The Solar side.
For already practicing Acroyogis, this is a safe place to hone skills and build greater understanding of the biomechanics of movement within their own Acroyoga practice.
