We are located in a beautiful and spacious true loft in the heart of Toronto’s east end neighbourhood of Leslieville. We are located in a beautiful and spacious true loft in the heart of Toronto’s east end neighbourhood of Leslieville.
In addition to building community through our studio initiatives, we help the New Leaf Yoga Foundation make yoga more accessible to youth in the places where it has been least available. We are taking a stand as a Warrior for Peace studio by donating monthly in support of New Leaf’s programs.
The heart of Spirit Loft is sharing the practices of yoga and mindfulness. We offer group classes, private instruction, and programs in a wide variety of styles and levels providing something for everyone. We strive to provide a joyful, meaningful, conscious place to explore the many doors into this transformative practice and have a great team of skillful and dedicated teachers to support you along the way.
Strength & Conditioning:
At Spirit Loft, we apply the principles of mindfulness, non-harm and dedicated practice to all forms of movement. In addition to yoga asana (posture practice), we also offer group kettlebell/strength & conditioning classes, private training and workshops related to health and wellness. These programs are directed by Spirit Loft co-founder Andre Talbot, CFL Grey Cup champ and dedicated student of movement, yoga and the dharma.
