This is an all levels class for adults who are experiencing physical limitations, no matter your age. If necessary, please make sure you have your doctor's approval.
The class begins with breath work (pranayama) and props are provided, including a folded chair.
This class is for all levels for those who are in need of a very gentle, calming practice. Props are used to support all the joints in a quiet, peaceful class. Be prepared to stay in one pose for several minutes giving your body the chance to restore and rejuvenate the muscles and tissues. This class is for anyone who needs to balance their practice and is especially excellent as a part of your healing routine from mental, emotional or physical stressors in your life.
