Namaste, it’s wonderful you are interested in our studio. You will find it is the connection, attention, and variety in every class that shows you why we are different from most other studios. Mark has 12 years teaching experience and uses many different ways to help you find a learning experience that suits you. The students have come to enjoy the fun & inviting atmosphere that Mark & all the other teacher's strive to offer. Each of our teachers have years of experience to offer genuine and original classes to challenge, strengthen and restore. All classes incorporate movements that emphasize breathing, stretching, relaxation, and mediation. Although we accommodate all levels in each class, some classes may require some previous experience. The level of the class is determined by attendees, and any posture we are working on can be adjusted to fit your range. A typical class size is 4-6 students(maximum of 17), so individual attention can be expected. So come by and start your practice today!
