Stretch Yoga was opened in May 2014 with the goal of making yoga friendlier and more accessible than ever before! At Stretch Yoga our mission is to make yoga and pilates a lot less intimidating and a lot more fun! Our classes are filled with killer tunes, taught by some of Brisbane's best yoga teachers and hosted in beautifully designed and super relaxing spaces - tonnes of natural light, gorgeous essential oils and plenty of space to stretch out!
Stretch offers over 70 classes to choose from per week with morning, lunchtime, evening and weekend classes across two studios! With 6 distinct class styles there's guaranteed to be something to suit you!
Classes range from the uber zen-like and restorative yin yoga of our Deep Stretch or Stretch & Massage all the way to the more physically challenging vinyasa flows of our Flowing Stretch or technically minded Mat Pilates. If you're looking for something in between, why not check out our not-too-hard-but-not-too-easy Simple Stretch or our perfectly mixed Flow'N'Deep (a little flow and then a little deep) - the perfect mix of yin and yang!
