We are a full service fitness facility that recognizes the importance of a strong Yoga program in our fitness offerings. We offer Bikram style Hot Yoga 3 mornings a week. We offer gentle Yoga classes for all ages, challenging Vinyasa Flow classes, and combination Yoga/Pilates classes.
