Striving To Be Better Yoga Studios offers Yoga for all levels. We have a variety of morning, afternoon and evening classes to fit your schedule. Our practice includes Gentle Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Vinyasa, level 1,2,3, Restorative Yoga & Meditation, Yin Yoga, Bodyflow (Yoga, Tai Chi/Pilates) and options to attend workshops by our Yoga Therapists. Yoga Therapy: Healing through Chakras, Detox Workshop and Gratitude Yoga workshop. We offer your first session FREE, and we require no reservations for classes. Just arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to sign up & meet the Instructor.
