Studio 253 aligns itself with a variety of mind-body movement modalities to offer a truly holistic approach to bodyweight training. Studio 253 offers classes structured to progressively build the strength, stamina and mobility required for any movement enthusiast. Ashtanga classes offer a discipled, progressive approach to movement, while conditioning classes provide supplemental exercises for Ashtanga's more complex asanas. Conditioning classes work towards inversions and hone various hand stand and other inversion skills through both on and off-the mat movement training. Studio 253 also runs Adult Dance Programs that culminate with a small end of session, invite only performance. We welcome all women and men, regardless of their level or lack of experience, to explore both the structured and creative side of dance.
