Classes are based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system of practice as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois - a specific series of postures (asanas) that are linked by a fluid, conscious breath (vinyasa). Each sequence begins with sun salutations, progresses through standing and seated postures, and finishes with restoratives. Regular practice results in greater strength and flexibility, and clarity of mind. FOR ALL LEVELS. EVERYONE WELCOME.
