Sze Yoga Studio provides warm & cosy environment to do Yoga! You will be guided under USA Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200) in all of the classes. Sze Yoga Studio Offers different style of Yoga Class to suit everyone's need as we know that everyone is different and unique. You can choose from simple relaxation to hard core workout over here. Necessary Yoga accessories (mat, block, strap) are provided.

Gentle 1 & 2 Class (Best for beginners!)
Gentle yoga is specially designed for total beginners. This relaxing class will help you to stretch and move gently, comfortably, and within your own ability. You will use many props to support your postures and be guided by a compassionate and experienced instructor who will help you get the most out of your experience.
Sun Salutation Class (Best for slimming! Stamina needed)
Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, is a series of postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated with the breath. The Sun Salutation builds strength and increases flexibility. Different styles of yoga perform the Sun Salutation with their own variations. This class will explore each postures in great details and perform in a flow. This is best for those who would like to sweat and slim down.
Yin Yoga Class (Best for stress relieve & stretching!)
Yin Yoga Classes involve a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like ligaments, tendons and fascia. This class would also give an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to a more yang or more active style of yoga such as Sun Salutation and Hatha.
