Our vision at Tadasana is that our communities are filled with people who understand what happiness is and how to create it in their lives. We believe that the key to solving today’s ever-more-divided world is to first address the problems within.
Through yoga, and the practices that surround yoga, it is our mission to give you the tools you need to define happiness for yourself and to spread it throughout your community.
We practice Power Vinyasa yoga, a form of hatha yoga that flows with breath. Our studios are heated to get your muscles warmed up and leave your body feeling cleansed. Every teacher brings the Five Pillars of a Practice to their class: intention, motion, athleticism, grit, and focus.
