Whether you are a weekend warrior or a professional athlete, we all need our bodies to be well to perform and/or live an active lifestyle.
We are a small, welcoming studio catering to the needs of our students.
Class size is small and for all-levels.
We offer customized, sport-specific yoga, lunchtime and commuter classes as well as private sessions.
Additionally, this summer we have a Yoga for Teens series as well as a Gentle Beginners series.
Some come to heal the mind, some come to heal the body.
It doesn't matter why you arrive, only that you you on your mat!
