    Much like the ancient Tibetan Bowls, crystals bowls can be used a sound tools. By simply listening to the rich, pure, vibrant tone of a bowl, most people find them deeply relaxing and rejuvinating.
    There is a short verbal meditation to relax and center the body and mind in preparation for allowing sound vibrations to move through the body. Crystal bowls and small quartz crystal pyramids will be played.

    Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All levels welcome including students working with injury, or sensitivity. Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps are provided. Ideal for all fitness levels, our one hour of restorative yoga offers the same healing and restful benefits of 3 hours of sleep. Come rejuvenate with supported poses, guided relaxation, and calm attention to the breath in order to promote healing and deep relaxation.
