The Clouds Yoga Studio, located in St. Simons Health & Fitness Club, offers 40 mind-body classes a week.
Classes include Yoga Basics; a great place to begin or stay if you like the pace of a basic class, Multi-Level Yoga; taught to everyone present in class, and Intermediate Yoga; a longer, more challenging practice for those already experienced with yoga. The Clouds also offers Pilates classes, both multi-level and intermediate throughout the week.
Instructors at The Clouds Yoga Studio have nationally recognized certifications in Pilates and/or a minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, as well as extensive training in various styles of yoga and Pilates. Our mind-body teachers are trained and experienced in instructing students of every level.
We provide everything you need to enjoy a positive mind-body experience, from mats, straps, blankets and blocks to small equipment used in Pilates.
All Mind-body classes are included in your membership at The Club/The Clouds. Non-members are welcome to join classes for a drop in rate or purchase class passes. See you in the clouds!
