The Fitness Haven opened May of 2010. Since then we have become a popular studio in the East Rock Neighborhood. The Fitness Haven has a full schedule of classes for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
Our classes include Yoga, Yoga Tune Up and Tao Yoga & Meditation as well as Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Flow and Candlelight Yoga but we are not just a yoga also offer Dance, Belly Dance, Sculpt fusion, Cardio Fusion, Piloxing, Bokwa, Insanity group fitness and more.
Why us? We specialize in small class sizes with more individualized attention in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. That’s why we are called The Fitness “Haven”!
