My name is Claire and I am based in the Wigan area and want to bring yoga to the masses. I believe that anybody can do yoga, regardless of age, ability or body type.
In my classes I incorporate yoga asanas (postures), with directed breathing, visualisations, mudras, sound, deep relaxation, meditation and affirmations. With regular practice you can improve your strength and flexibility, create core stability, build increased feelings of positivity, and create balance, ease, and relaxation on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
I aim to create classes that are friendly, welcoming and fun, with a positive approach to health and wellbeing.
