Barbara has studied the profound effects of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga as a teacher/trainer for 30 years and offers gentle virtual classes great for baby boomers and individuals with anxiety and depression.
Barbara's classes draw upon the various wisdom traditions - beyond the confines of any organized religion. Classes are traditional in nature, meaning they include breathing practices, postures and relaxation. We conclude each class with a short training in meditation.
