The Shala at Cabana Ananda is a private and intimate space for the practice of Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy. The Shala welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners who are looking to cultivate authentic home self-care practices. Our beautiful and peaceful setting is rich in tradition and invokes an immediate sense of well-being. There are no group classes offered in this space. However, private asana, meditation and healing opportunities are provided by appointment, as a no-cost seva offering.
