The Yoga Garden was created to provide a dedicated place for the practise of yoga and fitness in a harmonious and tranquil environment. Founder Nina, inspired by her love of practising Yoga in nature, opened up the center to create a peaceful healing space and an alternative to getting fit in a noisy gym or crowded sports centre. The centre, which has now been open for seven years, offers a wide range of yoga classes in a variety of styles, for all members of the community.
The centre also has a beautiful new treatment room which provides a secluded haven for a range of holistic therapies, beauty treatments and massage. The Yoga Garden also hosts regular charity events where students unite to practise together in order to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes. Currently the Yoga Garden is supporting local conservation projects ().
Both the studio and the treatment room are homed in beautiful hand crafted Mongolian style Yurts. The organic breathing structures create a light and airy space, which are both warm in winter, thanks to the wood burning stoves and felted wool lining, and cool in the summer.
The Yoga Garden yurts have recently relocated to the beautiful Knepp Castle estate where they are situated in on the stunning safari style campsite caompsiteWest Sussex. The Yoga Garden nestles amidst nature and wildflowers and evokes a sense of calm and wellbeing to all who visit.
