The Yoga Room was created in 2014 to be a place for people to unwind and let go. To create a community of people and share a passion for life that sometimes we get too caught up in. Its a space where any yogi, new or avid practitioner can come to enjoy! We offer Beginners yoga, Broga, Gentle Yoga / QuiGong Mix, Yoga for Cancer, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga, Power Yoga and most classes are designed for all levels! Many of our classes offer child care next door (at Webb's Pro Fitness).
The Yoga Room encourages you to bring yourselves, mats are available at NO cost and we keep the temperature comfortably warm (b/w 68 & 75) **no saunas!
