Yoga is a way of life, a way of being in the midst of all the events and environments that challenge us and delight us.
We take a holistic approach to the practice and try to support our students through their journey in Yoga. We seek to integrate pranayama (breath), asana (postures), dharana (intense focus) and pratyahara (sense deprivation relaxation) into our classes.
