We began our Yoga and Health Center in 1997. Originally a small family based business, located on Coburg Road in Halifax, we outgrew our original space within a few years and expanded. Now on Quinpool Road, across from the Superstore, we have two suites for our health center and a separate space for our yoga studio.
With almost 40 yoga and meditation classes a week, we have the style and the level for you. We have been offering yoga teacher training programs since 2002 and have graduated many wonderful yoga instructors around the Atlantic region and around the world.
From those young to those young-at-heart, we can find a class and a time that works for you and your schedule. Our dynamic staff of yoga teachers have been offering professional yoga education to our community for 15 years. Our schedule offers a variety of classes that are inspiring, rejuvenating, and available to all groups and levels. Our 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, recognized internationally by Yoga Alliance, are among the best in the world.
