I am the founder of TheraYoga Studio. I am a yoga teacher, certified at the E-RYT200 and RYT500 level. At TheraYoga, we pride ourselves in offering yoga for everyone, with therapeutic yoga as the emphasis. We have a lovely and compassionate Sangha.
