I often will read stories about origins of the asanas, tell captivating and fascinating legends from Hindu Mythology. Very often incorporate longer Savasana and meditation with light touch massages. Mantras. The class is designed to get connected to our higher - self but at the same time fully accepting who you are. Very heart opening.
