This class is about moving for health. Nia is a cardio dance, set to your own pace, that is rooted in martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. This class is suitable to all ages, shapes and levels. There are no "wrong steps" in this class.
Moderate Yoga is appropriate for all levels except absolute beginners. Modifications will be offered. This is a great class to build strength, balance and flexibility and to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
This class is taught by a rotating cast of teachers including Stephanie Mills, Tanya Grace, Moira Hartman, and Elizabeth Maclaughlin.
