Brickell Hot Yoga is a studio that teaches HOT YOGA in the Vinyasa and Power Yoga style. This allows students to get all the detox and weight loss benefits of HOT YOGA while also getting the arm strength and core body toning and inversions of Vinyasa Power Yoga. This is the home studio of Vanilla Sky Yoga and is located just off Brickell Avenue in Miami, and offers Yoga Teacher Trainings and Intensive Studies.
